AHM Equipment Limited Warranty

AHM warrants that new AHM equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

  • The machine warranty covers all mechanical and electrical components except consumable parts such as blades, belts, tires, etc.
  • The warranty only applies if the equipment has been operated and maintained in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions provided in the owner's manual.

Obtaining Warranty Service

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found during the warranty period, the retail purchaser must provide the proof of purchase and notify AHM customer service promptly. Digital photos or videos of the issue may be requested.

  • For defects due to materials or workmanship, AHM will provide replacement parts free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for freight charges.
  • For failures due to improper use or lack of required maintenance, AHM will provide replacement parts at cost. AHM technicians provide phone and video support to assist customers with repairs.

Limitations

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear, lack of proper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • AHM disclaims any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • AHM is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to property, loss of profits, or expenses related to the defective equipment.

Post-Warranty Support

AHM provides free lifetime email technical support to the original purchaser. Replacement parts past the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer. AHM provides repair quotes upon request.
